brown ground beef and stew beef, add onions and saute. Drain and move to a large kettle. combine can tomatoes, kidney beans, beef. let these come to a boil and add remaining ingredients, (salsa and tomato juice. Season with chili powder, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper to desired taste. Let simmer approximately 20-30 minutes.
