Yummy Pumpkin Bread that is easy to make and will be a hit for the family too! I use fresh pumpkin instead of canned. It's super easy and super yummy that way!

Preheat oven to 350. grease mini loaf pan (or loaf pan)

Mix sugar and butter in bowl.

Stir in pumpkin, water and eggs.

Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and baking powder.

Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted comes out clean (from center) 45-55 minutes.

Loosen sides of loaves from pans; remove from pans. Cool completely before slicing.
