1remove sausage from casing and crumble.
2simmer pork loin and sausage in chicken broth with green chilies and seasonings until pork loin shreds - at least 1 hour
3boil lentils and potato cubes separately, from each other and from soup
4add beans, potatoes, and lentils to soup
5cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes, add pepper and other seasonings to taste, and add''l water if not soupy enough
