1Preheat oven to 350. Grease standard bread pan. Whisk milk and lemon juice together. Set Aside. Mix pumpkin, sugar, syrup, and vanilla together. Add flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder together. Mix until just combined. Add milk and stir. Pour into bread pan. Bake for 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean.
