Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Blend together in mixer, bananas, oil, carrots
3In a separate mixing bowl, combine rice flour, corn meal, salt
4Stir dry mixture into banana mixture until combined. Fold in walnuts.
5Pour into greased loaf pans, muffin tins, or mini loaf pans to approx. 2/3 full. Bake in over for 25-30 minutes for muffins, 30-35 for mini loaves or 40-45 for full loaves. Test for doneness using a toothpick.
