Stir dry mixture into banana mixture until combined. Fold in walnuts.

Pour into greased loaf pans, muffin tins, or mini loaf pans to approx. 2/3 full. Bake in over for 25-30 minutes for muffins, 30-35 for mini loaves or 40-45 for full loaves. Test for doneness using a toothpick.
