yellow corn, canned, drained

white corn, canned, drained

Yellow onion, minced

Chicken, meat only, rotisserie, shredded

Taco seasoning, homemade

Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat in large skillet.

Add corn, cook and stir until brown, about 8 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning.

Add remaining oilive oil, onion and chiles; cook and stir additional 3 minutes.

Place corn, onions and chiles into large pot. Add chicken and toss with taco seasoning mix. Add broth and bring to boil.

Simmer over low heat 15 minutes.

Serve with crumbled taco shells.
