preheat oven to 350
Bring noodles to a rolling boil, drain
add velveeta, milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper, mix well
in a separate pan melt 2 sticks of butter, set aside
crumble crackers set line bottom of cassarole pan with 1/2 the crackers, set other 1/2 aside
pour 1/2 (1 stick) of melted butter on top of crackers in pan, then pour macaroni mixture on top
pour remaining butter atop and remaining crackers cover with shreaded cheese
bake for 20 min, or until golden brown.
