Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix all ingredients well, except cheese.
2Separate mixture into 12 equal parts and make thin patties from each part.
3Separate cheese into 6 piles and press together cheese in each pile. Place 1 pile of cheese in center of 6 of the patties.
4Place second patty on top of each of the patties with cheese. Press edges together to seal.
5Broil in oven, or saute with butter/oil in nonstick skillet for five minutes on each side.
