1Prepare oatmeal (quick oatmeal will be ready in 45 seconds in microwave)
2Mix egg, egg whites and protein powder in a bowl.
3Add prepared oatmeal.
4Mix it all together while you heat the griddle as you would for any type of pancakes.
5Pour the mix on the hot griddle (I usually make two pancakes out of the mix).
6When one side is done, flip the pancake.
7When the other side is done, take them off the griddle and serve.
