Prepare oatmeal (quick oatmeal will be ready in 45 seconds in microwave)

Mix egg, egg whites and protein powder in a bowl.

Add prepared oatmeal.

Mix it all together while you heat the griddle as you would for any type of pancakes.

Pour the mix on the hot griddle (I usually make two pancakes out of the mix).

When one side is done, flip the pancake.

When the other side is done, take them off the griddle and serve.
