1Cut chichen into serving pieces
2blend onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro into a smooth puree.
3fry mixture in a heavy saucepan for 5 min.
4add spices and fry for another minute
5stir in yoghurt creme and blended tomatoes and simmer to reduce liquid.
6add chicken pieces and cook until tender.
