1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2Sift together dry ingredients (flour through cinnamon)
3Beat oil,eggs, and pumpkin together until well blended
4add the wet ingredients (pumpkin mixture) to the dry ingredients all at once.
5stir until moistened. Fold in chopped cranberries.
6spoon into paper lined muffin cups
7bake for 15 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean
