1preheat oven to 425 F mix together dry ingrediants
2with fingers mix in butter until butter pieces are covers in the mixture and about the size of oatmeal flakes
3gradually stir in 1/2 - 3/4 cup of yogurt. start with 1/2 cup. if it is too dry add a bit more. dough should be soft but not sticky
4Turn out onto a floured surface, mash together, flatten and fold over about five times. Press out until about 1/2 inch thick, cut into biscuit shapes.
5Place dough on a greased pan (or use parchment paper) and bake at 425 F for 10 minutes, until they are lightly browned and not gooey on the inside.
