Melt oil and butter in a large roasting pan.

Add molasses, vanilla, brown sugar, honey and salt.

Let cool slightly, then add remaining ingredients, except for the raisins.

Stir thoroughly. Spread in shallow pans.

Bake at 350*F for 20-25 minutes. Stir ever 5-7 minutes.

Before it cools, add raisins.
