cup100% Pure Xylitol

cupcoconut butter

square (1 oz)chocolate, baking

teaspoonvanilla extract

Sequence Step
1Pulse almond meal, flax meal, shredded coconut, protein powder and xylitol in a food processor
2use double boiler to melt coconut oil, butter, and baking chocolate and add vanilla
3once melted, mix with dry ingredients until it''s a paste
5chill in refrigerator until hardened, or one hour

1in a double boiler, melt butter and coconut oil until melted
2add xylitol, heat and stir until dissolved.
3add baking chocolate and stir until melted
4pour mixture over refrigerated protein bars.
5refrigerate for one hour
