In a medium pan combine black beans, salsa and bulgar wheat. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins. While beans are simmering, brown sliced chicken breast in a fry pan coated with nonstick spray. Once browned at to the bean mixture and heat through for 10 mins. Warm tortillas and spread bean mixture down the center of each one. Top with tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Roll up and serve hot.
