Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix oatmeal, spenda brown sugar blend, flour and salt in a bowl. Crumble brown sugar to mix well with the oatmeal.

Melt the butter in the microwave - stir into the oatmeal/brown sugar/flower mix. Add the egg and vanilla - combine well.

Drop batter by teaspoonfuls on to a cookie sheet about 2" apart.

Bake about 7 - 8 minutes until edges of cookies are well browned (crispy looking).

Cool slightly, remove with a spatula to kitchen towel or cooling rack to cool.
