Mix ricotta and cottage cheeses and eggs in food processor until smooth. Then add to cooled meat with frozen spinach.

Layer sauce, then 1/3 of uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/2 of meat/cheese mixture, more sauce, 1/2 of mozzarella, repeat once, then on top with another layer of noodles, sauce and mozzarella. Pour 2 cups of water over the whole thing (this allows the uncooked noodles to cook without pre-boiling) bake one hour at 350 degrees, then uncover, sprinkle parmesan on top and bake another 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and let sit for 15-20 minutes before serving.
