1Combine all ingredients except instant potatoes in your soup pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 15 more minutes or until diced potatoes are tender.
2Remove from heat and add instant potato flakes. Stir and allow the potato flakes to thicken your chowder. Enjoy!
