Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook potatoes in boiling water until partly tender.
2Add green onions and peas. Cook until vegetables are tender. Drain saving liquid.
3Make a roux using butter and flour. Whisk in 3/4 cup reserved liquid and milk. Stir until thickened.
4Pour sauce over the vegetables. Stir in the ham and cheese.
