Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2Pound Veal Cutlet flat.
2Spread bread crumbs on a plate.
3Gently dip veal cutlet into bread crumbs. So both sides are evenly coated.
4Use Pam spray to lightly coat small frying pan.
5Heat pan with oil in it until hot but not smoking.
6Place cutlet in pan. and cook for one to two minutes per side.
7Remove from pan and place on heated plate.
8Before cooking cutlet snip the tips off the green beans.
9Place in vegetable steamer. And steam for six to eight minutes.
10Remove to hot plate. Butter, salt to taste.
11Cut potato into eighths. Place in bowl with olive oil and Mrs Dash''s spice seasoning. Stir gently.
12Spray roasting pan with Pam cooking spray. Place potatoes in pan cut face down.
14Roast potatoes for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
15Take roasting pan out, turn potatoes so that other cut face is now down in the pan. Roast for an additional 15 minutes.
16Take roasted potatoes out of oven and place on plate with green beans and veal cutlets.
17Cut several slices of fresh lemon, and place on plate. Gently squeeze one lemon wedge over cutlet and green beans. Serve.
