Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Pound Veal Cutlet flat.

Spread bread crumbs on a plate.

Gently dip veal cutlet into bread crumbs. So both sides are evenly coated.

Use Pam spray to lightly coat small frying pan.

Heat pan with oil in it until hot but not smoking.

Place cutlet in pan. and cook for one to two minutes per side.

Remove from pan and place on heated plate.

Before cooking cutlet snip the tips off the green beans.

Place in vegetable steamer. And steam for six to eight minutes.

Remove to hot plate. Butter, salt to taste.

Cut potato into eighths. Place in bowl with olive oil and Mrs Dash''s spice seasoning. Stir gently.

Spray roasting pan with Pam cooking spray. Place potatoes in pan cut face down.

Roast potatoes for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.

Take roasting pan out, turn potatoes so that other cut face is now down in the pan. Roast for an additional 15 minutes.

Take roasted potatoes out of oven and place on plate with green beans and veal cutlets.

Cut several slices of fresh lemon, and place on plate. Gently squeeze one lemon wedge over cutlet and green beans. Serve.
