In a medium mixing bowl using an electric mixer, beat the cheese, milk, and hot pepper sauce until completely blended, scraping the side of the bowl with a rubber scraper. Transfer to a small container. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 24 hours.

Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise. Top each half with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with green onions serve at room temperature or cover and refrigerate for up to one hour.
