pour oil in pan, add onion, garlic and ginger, cook about 5 minutes. chop all foods, add beans, carrots, sweet potato, and broth.
boil in pot stir occasionally, until veggies are tender about 30 mintes.
blend in blender in batches until smooth, return to pan and stir in lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. and enjoy!
