1mix dry ingredients. mix wet ingredients separately. combine. knead for 5 mins. let sit for 10 mins. knead again for 2-3 mins. cut into 2-4 pieces and wrap in tin foil like a tootsie roll, but not too tight.steam for 30 mins. let cool and fry with a little oil in a pan. excess can be frozen for later use, but do not fry it until ready to use.
