1mix together cauliflower, 2 cups of mozz cheese and egg beaters (can use 2 eggs instead). Press onto stone or baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 450.
2heat onion and garlic in olive oil until softened. Add tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3add sauce and remaining cheese to pizza crust (and additional toppings as desired). Heat under broiler until cheese is melted.
