mash black beans with fork until it make a paste.

add remaining ingredients and mix well

coat muffins pan with veg (coconut) oil. Fill pans and bake at 350F for 15 minutes.

remove cakes from pans by flipping over onto a greased cookie sheet and bake again for another 5 minutes
