Recipe Description I have eaten this for breakfast almost every day for 3 years now. I have reduced the nuts and sugar to cut calories, but increased the flax and cinnamon to increase nutrition over the years.

1mix all dry ingredients. heat honey and oil in the microwave for about 45 seconds, add the vanilla and stir into the dry ingredients.
2bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes stirring after each 10 minute intervals.
3Cool and store.
4Serve with greek yogurt and fruit.
