I have eaten this for breakfast almost every day for 3 years now. I have reduced the nuts and sugar to cut calories, but increased the flax and cinnamon to increase nutrition over the years.

mix all dry ingredients. heat honey and oil in the microwave for about 45 seconds, add the vanilla and stir into the dry ingredients.

bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes stirring after each 10 minute intervals.
