Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, browned

can (10.75 oz)
campbells tomato soup

green chili salsa

2% milk or skim

cup, shredded
shredded cheddar cheese

tortillas (approx 7-8" dia)

Brown 1 lb ground beef in skillet. Drain.

In large bowl, mix tomato soup, milk, and salsa. Add meat and 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Add 6 cut or torn flour tortillas to mixture.

Pour mixture into deep round or 9 x 13 dish.

Top with cheese. Daddy likes another tortilla laid on top and then the cheese on top of that.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted the way you want it. Let set for 3-5 minutes before serving.
