Line an 8x8 baking pan with lightly greased parchment.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Whisk together liquid ingredience.

Add egg mixture to cooked and cooled quinoa and combine.

Pour into the parchment lined bakig dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until set and golden.

Using parchment, remove from baking pan immediately. cool completely and cut into squares.

Servie with a dollop of nut butter if you want.
