Grate cauliflower to reach a fine couscous-like consistency.

cook without any water (it is your enemy) in the microwave for about 5 minutes.

once the cauliflower is cooked, set to cool. Then blend all of the ingredients with it.

spread over you pizza pan or parchment paper.

bake at 375 for about 5-7 minutes. Until the edges are browning.

the crust is ready. Now u can add whatever toppings you like and bake again for about 5-8 minutes (if sauce)
