1Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Add water as necessary. Wait a few minutes (about 15) as the oates will thicken. Heat waffle maker, spray it and add waffle batter 1 cup at a time. heat 3 minutes on each side. These freeze well and can be put in the toaster like any other fast food.
