Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix 1/2 c water and next 5 ingredients. Cut tofu into pieces and marinade.
2Drain tofu well, cook in skillet w/cooking spray until brown on all sides. Mix flour with remaining marinade
3Remove tofu from pan and keep warm. In same skillet, mix beans, peas, carrots and 1/2 c water. cook 6-8 minutes until tender.
4Drain vegetables. Mix tofu, tomatoes, onion.s, and marinade back into skillet. Heat for 2-3 minutes til sauce is thicker. Serve over rice or pasta of your choice
