| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 2 | Grease and flour Bundt pan. | 3 | Mix by hand first 4 ingredients (cake mix, pie filling, eggs, lemon extract). | 4 | In separate bowl mix the topping (sugar, flour, butter, lemon extract (again)). | 5 | Spinkle some topping around bottom of Bundt pan. Spoon in some batter, alternate randomly. Finish with a bit of topping on the top. | 6 | Bake 40 - 45 minutes | 7 | NOTE: Can substitute any flavor pie filling - - Apple is great. Also substitute chocolate cake mix and use cherry pie filling. :) |
