Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour Bundt pan.

Mix by hand first 4 ingredients (cake mix, pie filling, eggs, lemon extract).

In separate bowl mix the topping (sugar, flour, butter, lemon extract (again)).

Spinkle some topping around bottom of Bundt pan. Spoon in some batter, alternate randomly. Finish with a bit of topping on the top.

Bake 40 - 45 minutes

NOTE: Can substitute any flavor pie filling - - Apple is great. Also substitute chocolate cake mix and use cherry pie filling. :)
