Sequence Step
1Roast the almonds on a large square baking sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
2Take the almonds out of oven.
3In a saucepan, mis together the maple syrup, olive oil, vanilla and cinnamon. Heat at medium just until the mixture starts to boil.
4Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray with olive oil. Spread the maple almond mixture onto the parchment paper and let cool.
5Enjoy the same day or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to enjoy throughout the week.
