Mix all together in a mixer with dough hook and let mixer knead dough for 20 minutes. Coat with oil in bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let double in size. Split into 2 to 4 balls and roll out flat to bake.

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Add toppings to rolled out dough and bake until browned.
