preheat your oven to 350° and spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray

mix banana,applesauce,syrup,sugar,vanilla and flax and let sit while measuring dry ingredients so flax has time to gel.

add cranberries and mix well

add flour,oats,soda,salt and allspice. mix until ingredients are well moistened and no dry is left

pour mix into a 9x13 oiled glass pan and spread evenly (I had to use slightly oiled fingers to do my batch)

bake 15-20 min or until edges start to get golden. cool and cut into 18 bars
