1. Mix flour and sugar well in a large mixing bowl.
2. Melt margarine then add cocoa, water, and oil heat to boiling.
3. Pour over flour and sugar mixture and beat well.
4. Add eggs, buttermilk, and soda to mixture.
5. MIX WELL! Then pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until done.
**Start cooking icing after cake is done baking.**
1. Boil margarine, cocoa and buttermilk.
2. Remove from heat and add confectioners'' sugar, chopped nuts, and vanilla.
3. Pour over hot cake.
