Steps
Sequence Step
1Season Chicken w/ salt and pepper. Spread Flour on plate and lightly dredge chicken in flour, coating both sides.
2Heat oil in skillet over med heat until hot. Sear chicken in 2 or 3 batches until well browned on both sides. Transfer to Crock Pot.
3Add tomatoes, wine, olives, and garlic. Cover; cook on LOW 4 - 5 hours.
4Add rosemary and red pepper flakes; stir in. Cover; cook on LOW 1 hour longer. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Garnish w/ parmeasan cheese if desired.
