Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown beef. Transfer to 9x13 inch pan.
2Saute veggies for 7 minutes.
3Stir tomato paste into veggies. Salt and pepper to taste.
4Add broth to veggies and bring to a boil. Add cooked meat to veggies and simmer for 5 minutes. Return mixture to baking dish.
5Cook cauliflower and potato until soft and whip together. Add cream, butter and salt to whipped mixture. Spread mixture over meat and veggies. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
