bring large pot of salted water to a boil. add the pasta and cook for ten to twelve minutes or until al dente. drain the pasta in a colander and return to pot. meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in half, scrape out the seeds and cut into one inch pieces.heat the oil in al arge skillet over medium heat. add the tomatoes and garlic, cover, and cook for ten to twelve minutes or until the garlic is soft. put the beans in the strainer and rinse with running water. drain the beans and add them to the pan, then remove the pan from heat. add the tomatoes, stir well, and season with salt and pepper. pour the pasta into a large serving bowl and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve immediately
