Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Take applesauce and put in a strainer to drain for 20 minutes. Use fiber and not the juice in recipe. Roll whole sprouted and dried oats into flakes. Use blender to make flour of whole, sprouted and dried spelt berries.
2Mix applesauce fiber and stevia. Blend well.
3Add eggs, slightly beaten milk and butter. Mix well.
4Add baking soda, salt, cinnamon and spelt flour. Mix well.
5Add rolled oats and raisins just till mixed.
6Bake in preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
7Note: This recipe may be a bit sweet, so feel free to reduce the stevia. We use stevita powder in our cooking. The sprouted grains add a lot more sweetness and nutrition, as well as not having any phytates which can bind with minerals in food and reduce their absorption. With the raisins you may not need any stevia at all. Feel free to experiment.
