Sequence Step
1Mix the items that are dry for the dough
2Do not overmix the dough or it gets tough
3To make the icing, add the dry milk, part of the margarine and the cornstarch together until mixed well
4Mix on high speed until fluffy
5Chill the dough for 4 hours
6Preheat oven to 325 degrees
8Bake 8 minutes for soft cookies
10Frost as desired
