Chop Chicken Breast into cubes and place in casserole dish.

Wash potatoes and cut into cubes. Place potatoes in casserole dish.

Peel and chop onions into eighths. Place in Casserole dish.

Mix Soy Sauce, Sherry, 1/4 cup Water, Sugar and Chicken Bullion Cube in a small bowl. Pour over Chicken, Potatoes and Onions. Stir through.

Cover with lid and bake in Moderate Oven for 1hr or until potatoes are tender. Basting regularly.

Mix rice, salt and 4 cups of water in large microwave proof bowl. Microwave on high for 20mins.

Serve casserole with steamed rice.
