1Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy. Add the eggs and extracts and beat well. Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and oats and mix. Fold in remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Drop by the tablespoon onto the ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes.
