Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl combine buttermilk and hotsauce. allow chicken to marinate for 1 hour. combine everything else in a baggy and mix together. remove chicken from marinade and place it in bag. shake well until evenly coated. lay chicken on a baking sheet and let chill for 30 minutes. bake 15 to 20 minutes then turn over and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
