Recipe Description I LOVE lasagna, but I could easily eat a whole pan & normal recipes will pile the calories on faster than you can swallow. This dish has higher protein, lower fat, and just as much flavor as most lasagnas I love.

1Saute onion in olive oil. When translucent, add garlic
