1mix pumpkin, splenda, molasses, shredded carrots together with mixer. Add egg and oil and mix well. add dry ingredients and fold in until combined-do not over mix.
2place in greased mini muffin pan (about 20) or regular muffin pan (6),
3bake in preheated 375 oven for 10-14 minutes.
