Melt chocolate and let cool

Beat butter into chocolate. add sugar mixture. slowly beat in eggs one at a time.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 10" round cake pan or a spring form pan.

pour batter into prepared pan. Set pan into a larger pan and fill the larger pan with boiling water, halfway up the sides of the cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes. The center will still loke wet. Chill cake overnight in the pan. To unmold, dip the bottom of the pan in hot water for 10 seconds and invert onto a plate. Slice thin and serve with ice cream.
