Heat oven to 350 F

Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend. Mixture will eventually turn into a big ball chasing itself around the bowl.

Roll ball into a log about 1-1/2" in diameter.

Use sharp knife to slice 1/4" thick pieces off the log and place each one flat on an ungreased baking sheet. Try to rotate the side you cut down on because log starts to flatten.

Bake 8-14 min, or until golden brown. Thicker crackers take longer
