Pour 18 bags 10 oz of frozen sliced carrots in each 4" pan. 7-4"pans. Preferrably use 6-32 oz bags of frozen carrots to each 4"pan.

Top with 2 sticks margarine in each pan.

Add 1/2 cup packed brown sugar to each pan.

Place in steamer for 12-15 min and reaches 140 degrees.

Serve using 6 oz. ladle.
