Sequence Step
1Pour 18 bags 10 oz of frozen sliced carrots in each 4" pan. 7-4"pans. Preferrably use 6-32 oz bags of frozen carrots to each 4"pan.
2Top with 2 sticks margarine in each pan.
3Add 1/2 cup packed brown sugar to each pan.
4Place in steamer for 12-15 min and reaches 140 degrees.
5Serve using 6 oz. ladle.
