11. To make the dressing, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and pepper. Reserve.
22. Cut the chicken into strips approximately 1.25 x 1.25 x 8 cm. Stir fry the chicken in the sesame oil until cooked. Remove from pan, cool and refrigerate.
33. Blanch the vegetables in boiling salt water. Refresh and drain well.
